Preparing for Your Spa Visit

Hours of Operation
Spa open daily, including holidays, 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Salon open daily, including holidays, 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Hours are subject to change during winter months.

Reservations and Cancellations
Advance reservations are strongly recommended to insure a treatment time most convenient for you. Reservations will be held with a credit card; please call at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel or change your reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of all scheduled appointments are subject to a 50% cancellation fee and will be charged to your credit card.

Please indicate your preference for a male or female practitioner and if you have any health concerns or medical conditions we should be aware of.

Service Charge
A service charge of 20% will be added to all spa services and to lunch and will be given to your service provider. Additional gratuities for exceptional service are at your discretion.

Age Requirements
Please note that the Spa is an adult-oriented facility. Spa appointments and use of the main locker areas with sauna, steam and whirlpool are reserved for guests 16 and over. Massachusetts State Law requires all persons under 18 to have written parental consent for massage and body services. Waivers are available at the Spa Desk. We welcome younger guests to experience salon appointments under the supervision of a parent, however the main locker facilities are not available to guests under 16. Separate locker facilities at our pool are open to families and children of all ages.

Spa Arrival and Etiquette
We recommend that you arrive at least thirty minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to familiarize yourself with the spa and change into a robe and slippers. Please be advised that all appointments begin and end on time. As a courtesy to others, cell phones and laptops are not permitted in the spa core.

Spa Lunch
Our Spa Café serves lunch daily from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. for $17, exclusive of tax and gratuity. We ask that you place your lunch reservation and menu selection with the Spa Desk by 10 a.m.

Personal Belongings and Valuables
A locker is provided for your use and is locked with your own private code to secure your personal belongings. We recommend that you leave all valuables at home or in your room safe, as Cranwell is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

The Spa Shop
Our Spa Shop features a large variety of gifts, as well as UGG, Yoga and fitness attire. We carry an extensive selection of the facial and body products used in our treatments, including BABOR, Moroccan Oil, Sojourn and Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics.
